POSTER GIRL (produced and directed by Sara Nesson/Portrayal Films) is the story of Robynn Murray, a National Merit Scholar and all-American high school cheerleader turned tough-as-nails Iraq War machine gunner, who returns home to face an even tougher battle with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In 2003, Robynn Murray, a National Merit Scholar and an all-American high school cheerleader enlisted in the Army to a Civil Affairs unit focused on rebuilding Iraq. While helping the Iraqi people was her main goal, on Robynn's first day in-country she was re-assigned to machine gunner and made responsible for protecting her team from the turret of the Humvee. Promoted to sergeant, Robynn was featured on the cover of ARMY Magazine as a "poster girl" for women serving in first-time combat roles.

After her tour ended, Robynn became haunted by her actions in Iraq. Her tough-as-nails exterior cracked, creating a tailspin of anxiety, nightmares and panic attacks.

THE DESERT OF FORBIDDEN ART (Amanda Pope Productions, directed by Amanda Pope and Tchavdar Georgiev) In the 1960's, impassioned iconoclast and artist Igor Savitsky outfoxed Soviet censors, rescuing over 40,000 forbidden artworks and taking them to his remote desert museum in Uzbekistan. The stories of Savitsky and these artists transport us into a little known world of Central Asia when centuries old Silk Road cultures clashed with the ideals of the Communist Soviet Regime. THIN (HBO/Actual Reality/directed by Lauren Greenfield) An amazingly intimate portrait of eating disorders among young women. This feature-length doc about the treatment of eating disorders is the first film by Lauren Greenfield (author/photographer of Girl Culture). The film premiered at Sundance Film Festival, 2006 and continues to win praise from critics and audiences around the country as the film makes its rounds through the festival circuit. THIN won the 2006 Award for Best Documentary Film at the Jackson Hole Film Festival, the Documentary Grand Jury Prize at the Boston Independent Film Festival, and the Documentary Grand Jury Prize at the Newport International Film Festival. China Blue had its world premier at the Toronto Film Festival, September 2005.

Winner of the Amensty International Human Rights award at IDFA, Europe's premier documentary film festival. The award includes a cash prize and screenings in 25 art house cinemas in the Netherlands supported by Amnesty. Also winner of Amnesty International-DOEN Award at IDFA 2005. Chosen as best documentary on human rights at the International Documentary Festival Amsterdam 2005. They awarded the Amnesty International-DOEN Award to director Micha Peled.
